Children are well provided for with an excellent nursery at the bottom of a beginner’s slope – Moulins - just four minutes’ walk away from Horizons Blancs. There are slopes from gentle blues and reds to the famously challenging Tortin and Mont Fort runs. Access to these is provided by a free bus service from very close to the apartment to either the Medran or Savoleyres lifts. The altitude of Verbier ensures an enviable snow record and its south facing aspect provides memorable sunny holidays.

With a journey time of just 1 hour 45 minutes by road or 2 hours by rail from Geneva, Verbier can be accessed for long weekends throughout the year.

Verbier in the Summer

Verbier's charms are not confined to the winter season; in spring, summer and autumn, it is a beautiful and peaceful place, offering wonderful walks, golf, mountain biking, parasailing, swimming and sailing in mountain lakes and horse riding. Wild flowers cover the hillsides and cowbells ring.

The Verbier Music Festival fortnight starts in the last week of July and brings the world's finest musicians and music lovers together for a magical mountain celebration of music.
